Lincare Inc., a Florida-base company that supplies medical equipment will lease 13000 sq. ft. of the upper floor. Bouten Construction will begin work this week and be finished by year end. Special thanks to all those who helped make this endeavor possible.

Matrical leases 17,000 sq. ft. Matrical Inc. is a Spokane company that designs and manufactures products used for scientific research.
• Dry Fly Distilling
Dry Fly Distilling will operate a craft distillery in 3000 sq ft. located in the north end of the building. It will be the first grain distillery in Washington State since the prohibition.
• Halletts Chocolates
Halletts Chocolates leases 1200 sq. ft. The store ofers their signature chocolates, espresso and pastries.
